Volunteering With Our Pets
Unconditional love is the best medicine! Prescription Paws is a volunteer organization of specially trained and screened human-animal teams who visit healthcare and other facilities throughout the South Carolina Midlands area. All Prescription Paws members are registered with the internationally respected Pet Partners organization. We visit nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities, veterans' hospitals and other facilities. We also offer bite prevention programs for children in libraries and schools.
